HUG Joinery, a sole trader joinery business covering West Yorkshire, is responsible for personal information you send to HUG Joinery.
What is collected
If you message on WhatsApp, the details you choose to share there, such as your name, phone number, area, photos and a description of the job. This website has no forms and does not ask for your details.
How it is used
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and quote for the work. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing.
Services used to run this website
WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. The website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Visit statistics
If you choose Allow in the cookie notice, this website counts your visit using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not collect personal information. It records things like which pages are viewed and the type of device used, in aggregate. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, it never loads.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you by sending a message on WhatsApp. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you choose Allow or Reject, your browser remembers that choice in local storage on your device so the notice is not shown again. Nothing is sent to us.
